Wendy is drawn to all things that scare the bejeezus out of her and as such has bungee jumped 150′ off a bridge into a river gorge, ridden every roller coaster that she encounters and high tailed it on the back of a Harley at 160 km/h. However, when she had her first baby in 2004, hooked herself up to a double electric and couldn’t do anything with her hands, she was terrified! And that is how Snugabell was born.

Denise is the longest standing Snugabella. In fact, Wendy has been bossing her around since the 70s (it’s all part of a younger sister’s job description, unfortunately!). Denise ensures that all products meet Snugabell’s meticulous quality standards before they leave the warehouse. Denise has recently taken over the shipping duties and additional admin work. When she isn’t working she loves to garden, kiss and cuddle her cats Tootsie and Gino, and dream about her next family trip to ride some giant roller coasters (aka stress relievers).
Robyn was born and bred in beautiful British Columbia. She has been working with Wendy since 2009 and loves the casual, fun environment at Snugabell. Robyn breastfed all three of her children and had nothing but problems – low milk supply, no support and an archaic breast pump. My how things have changed! And she had a VBAC before it was a “thing” (Wendy had to tell her it was a bit of a big deal), so she is kinda famous in the office now.
Karen loves working with our international customers. She thinks it is so much fun to chat with people from so many countries and cultures. Those daily conversations really feed her passion for travel. Some of her favourite destinations have been Alaska, France, and Australia. She lives near Chicago and is an Instructor at Purdue University Northwest teaching English Composition. Karen also teaches English as a second language to international students. Don’t worry, though… Karen only throws minor hissy fits when she receives misspelled and grammatically incorrect emails!
Hillary joined Snugabell after a chance meeting with Wendy in 2012. She can be found posting on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Hillary is currently navigating the sleepy newborn days and finds the online world of social media an excellent way to connect (so please come say “hello” on one of our pages!).
As Snugabell’s Digital Marketing Maven, Pamela keeps our website and online presence growing and glowing. If you see our online ads, that’s her! Pamela previously worked in traditional marketing; however, it wasn’t fulfilling or exciting enough so she pursued a certificate in Digital Communications at Simon Fraser University. Pamela spends her downtime attending Digital Marketing events, meet-ups and seminars, and you may also find her exploring the woods at Quarry Rock, her favourite hiking trail.
Susan joined the team of Snugabellas in late 2016. Her architectural background has given her opportunity to perfect her organizational and design skills and is looking forward to putting those to use at Snugabell. When she’s not volunteering as a Girl Guide Leader, or being Assistant Coach/Manager for her daughters’ ringette teams, she is busy designing and creating clothing for her line of children’s wear – noble 9 clothing + designs.
